Organizing Principles

All persons are entitled to respect and dignity.

Create yearly action plans to guide staff actions. Ensure they are implemented. Plans must be clearly stated and identify who is responsible.

Demonstrate appreciation and respect for all.

Emphasize facilitative role for staff.
